Cathie’s first marketing job was in Consumer Marketing, writing calling plan M&P (Method and Procedure) documents for call centers. Her position evolved into an operations role and eventually led her into call center management where she handled customer acquisitions for both domestic and international callers. She took her knowledge and marketing skills to the business side, and managed the save desk team – the group responsible for retaining customers at risk of leaving. From there, Cathie focused on small business marketing communications, responsible for developing permission-marketing-based direct mail and email campaigns, managing the monthly e-newsletter, and hosting web seminars to increase customer loyalty.
She later joined the marketing communications mass advertising team, creating online display and print ads for small business, as well as, the GEM and Wholesale segments. Most recently, Cathie brings her expertise to the small business product team, where she is responsible for customer lifecycle management and product marketing initiatives, website management, and internal and external communications for Tech Support 360. In her diverse roles, Cathie has proven her flexible nature and extended her possibilities. She believes that every position has been a piece of the puzzle, teaching her something valuable to apply on the job and in her life.
What sets Cathie apart is her proactive and innovative ability to look at problems from different perspectives. A communicator at heart, she has both the expertise and communication skills to take initiative and resolve challenges practically and efficiently.
Cathie’s free time is spent with family and friends, helping out at her favorite charities, and travelling. She is working toward her certification as a Mentor with the United Way and has been recognized by many associations, including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Madison Elks, for her fundraising efforts.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in Business Management.
