He has delivered solutions across a variety of customer access channels including voice, video, email, and web.
In his 12+years of experience, he has consulted for dozens of US and global companies seeking to optimize their Contact Center and Unified Communications Solutions, including the Massachusetts General Hospital, the Brigham and Women Hospital, the University of Miami, EMC, Societe Generale, Moody’s Investors Service, and ExxonMobile to name a few.
Fayçal holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, and various technical industry certifications for the design and implementation of Cisco Contact Center and Unified Communications technologies including CCVP, CCNP, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Design, Implementation, and Support certifications.
Fayçal also has over 6 years of experience as an adjunct professor teaching various Information Technology classes including Telecommunications, Network Design and Implementation, Information Systems Security, and Information Systems Management among others.
