Jean Hendricks

Lead Product Marketing Manager, AT&T

Jean Hendricks

Jean Hendricks is one of AT&T’s treasures with the 27 years she’s been with the company.  Currently she is working in product and marketing helping customers to find their way to solutions amidst a maze of technology.  Her strong marketing background and love of writing is the perfect match to successfully develop and manage her product’s website.

This is such a natural position for this wonderful woman who secretly shares that she loves her GPS.  These tools are known for helping find the way and direct you to where you should be.  That is what Jean does for her customers as she leads them to the right decision for their business.  She uses the same philosophy in supporting her customers by getting them what they need to get the best offers, information and assistance.

Jean is a firm believer in personal and professional growth. She has been intensely focused on learning all she can about websites to become an expert in this ever-evolving and dynamically integrated subject.  She is a long-time member of the Women of AT&T, an AT&T Employee Resource Group to connect and inspire members to achieve their goals, and provide opportunities to engage in community and charity related activities.  She gave a presentation on Website Best Practices for the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women Peace Through Business program.

Jean Hendricks embodies what AT&T customer service is and she is a welcome author with Networking Exchange Blog.  As that same compassion and caring she has for customers radiates through her writing, she will help not only her customers but also all of us as readers.
