She comes by this educational model naturally.  She holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Design from Georgia State University.  In her positions with AT&T she has utilized her knowledge of how people learn based on their unique learning styles.

Previously Sherry worked with Sellers of Mobility and that experience helped her to understand more about what customers need in a fast-moving world.  Now she is applying that specialized knowledge to products under the application services umbrella.

On a personal level, she loves the iPad for all that it can do for her.  From her educational background she knows the benefits of teaching through video and she is using video on her iPad.  She uses it not only to enjoy movies — sometimes on those inevitable flight delays — but also she’s looking forward to using it as she teaches herself Spanish.  She plans to study Spanish more in the future.

Sherry continues to help sellers with how to position small business application services as solutions to fit customer business needs.   Her educational design background  help to create user-friendly job aids and sales tools and communications to show the benefits of application services. It will also help her as she communicates on our Networking Exchange Blog.  We look forward to her posts.
