Or are there other factors that need to be in place for organizations to reap the full benefits of their technology investments?

According to a recent study conducted by international business school INSEAD, organizations who are supported by strong business enablers and resources, and who have well-developed digital platforms in place, stand the best chance of getting the most benefit from investments in new technologies.

Conversely, organizations who are saddled with weaker business resources risk seeing virtually no return on their technology investments.
