As smartphone technology developed, more and more employees wanted to use newer, user-friendly personal phones to access company information. While K-VA-T wanted to please its employees, it was concerned about security.  The company switched to a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model with mobile device management. Now employees can use a variety of smartphones to help securely access company resources.
