Roman Pacewicz Marketing and Global Strategy Senior Vice President AT&T
Roman Pacewicz is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Global Strategy for AT&T Business Solutions. He is responsible for leading all marketing functions for Business Solutions including business strategy, channel marketing, brand and product positioning, advertising, analyst relations, market insights, and global operations. He is also responsible for global business development and the management of various AT&T Global Joint Ventures. Since joining AT&T in 1988, Roman has held various leadership positions in product management, marketing, direct sales, systems development, engineering, and operations. Previously, Roman Pacewicz was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Application Services. In this role, he was responsible for managing AT&T’s portfolio of growth services inclusive of Hosting, Applications Services, Security Services, Digital Media Solutions, Unified Communications and Telepresence. Prior to his Strategy and Application Services position, Roman was the Senior Vice President of Regional Marketing. During this role, he was responsible for developing and marketing services to meet the growing needs of customers in the Small, Medium, Government, Education and Medical markets. Before AT&T’s merger with SBC, Roman served as the Vice President of Product Management for AT&T’s $9B Enterprise Networking portfolio. In this position he was accountable for managing a product portfolio of strategic data services including: Frame Relay, ATM, IP, Managed Services, Outsourcing, VPN, Managed Application Services and Security. From 1999-2002, Roman was the Vice President of Product and Systems Development for AT&T Solutions and Managed Services business units. During his tenure he was accountable for developing AT&T’s various managed services products.   Roman holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is married with three children and resides in Dallas, TX.
